Package Delivery Driver

We are subcontractors for FedEx Ground with an immediate need for SAFE, Experienced package delivery drivers.

PERMANENT ROUTES AVAILABLE, NO FLOATING AROUND TERRITORY

Employment requirements:

1 Year EMPLOYED DRIVING EXPERIENCE required

• Experience Must be verifiable via HR/Management

FedEx will initiate an intensive background check, all employees must be able to fulfill the following requirements

• Successfully pass a drug screening

• Successfully pass a DOT physical 

• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on record in past 3 years

• Successfully pass a criminal background check

• Must be 21 years or older

Must be able to safely maneuver packages with an average weight of 50 pounds and max weight of 150 pounds

Must be able complete an average shift of 6 hours with an average route of 150 stops

Job Description:

You will be operating a Delivery Step Van (P-700, P-1000)

You will be loading your own truck. Organizational and Time management skills will help you excel in this position

Servicing areas in and around Atco, Berlin, Clementon and Medford. Dispatching from Barrington, New Jersey

Recruiting drivers for 150-200 Stops per day w/opportunity for more stops

PERMANENT ROUTES AVAILABLE, NO FLOATING AROUND TERRITORY

All schedules include at least 1 weekend day. New hires will begin with a schedule that includes Sunday and Monday

Drivers MUST:

• Maintain a Clean Driving Record

• Safely Handle Packages inside and out of the vehicle

• Follow Policy and Procedure with Integrity

Compensation:

Pay rate is a $150 guaranteed minimum per day with the opportunity for more based on per stop pay

Weekly bonuses paid to every driver
